Founded in 1986 as an import and wholesale business based in Victoria, Elite Fitness was established by the Goltman family and built into a formidable retail and commercial organisation with operations throughout Australia.
The Elite Fitness Group has offices based in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney and delivers Australian and international ranges of quality fitness equipment.
The Elite Group distributes a broad range of brands such as Technogym, Hoist, Bodyguard, WaterRower, Tuff Stuff, Life-Force and Pro-Arc, to name but a few.
Incorporating retail, commercial, manufacturing, personal training and service divisions, Elite successfully caters to all markets associated with the fitness industry. From home fitness to the largest of international fitness chains, Elite Fitness Group is there lending support with their wealth of knowledge and vast array of products.
In 1996 the Federation of Australian Commercial Television recognised Elite as “Australia’s No.1 Health and Fitness Equipment Supplier” with Australia’s largest range.
The Elite Group continues to expand the Commercial and Retail business and currently employs skilled staff across all areas of expertise.
In 1999 Elite Fitness was invited to join the board of Fitness Queensland which was established as the peak body for the fitness industry.
Retail Division
The Retail Division includes 26 prime outlets throughout QLD, NSW, VIC & WA with plans for further expansion on a broader national level. The stores feature a wide range of fitness specific equipment and training aids that are sourced from reputable suppliers and manufacturers both locally and internationally. In 1996, Elite Fitness Group earned the title of “Australia’s No1 Fitness Equipment Supplier”.
The retail stores focus on adding value to customers purchasing decisions by way of purchasing assistance and add-on services, some of which are unique to Elite Fitness.
