Return Policy

Change of Mind 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before making a purchase. 

Returns & Restocking Fees

In certain cases, we may allow a return at our discretion. 

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was shipped. 
  • The item does not match the described specifications

 If approved: 

  • The item must be returned to the original warehouse of dispatch. 
  • The buyer is responsible for both the initial delivery cost and the return shipping
  • If the original shipping was offered for free, it was subsidised, and the full shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. 
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason. 

Refund Process: 

  • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it within 5 business days
  • You will be notified via email if the refund is approved. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. 

Partial Refunds: 

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. 
  • Items returned after the 30-day period may only qualify for a partial refund. 
  • Minor damage caused by handling or unpacking (without affecting usability) may lead to a reduced refund. 

 

Customer Responsibilities 

  • Return shipping to our warehouse is paid by the customer. 
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable. 
  • If your delivery was marked as "free," this cost was covered by Elite Fitness but must be paid by you if returning the item. 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items 

If you receive a damaged or faulty product: 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery 
  2. Send photos and a description of the issue 
  3. Our team will assess the claim 

For valid warranty claims where we cannot fix the issue promptly, Elite Fitness will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement. 

 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty) 
  • Custom-ordered equipment 
  • Products with missing parts or packaging

How to Initiate a Return 

If you believe your item qualifies for a return, follow these steps: 

  1. Contact Us – Reach out via Call, email or our online contact form with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Approval Process – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved. 
  3. Shipping the Item – Securely pack and send the item back to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

 

In-Store & Online Purchases 

The same return policy applies to both in-store and online purchases. If you have any concerns about an item, we recommend checking specifications and details with our team before purchasing.
