1. Domestic Shipping We currently offer shipping within Australia only. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
2. Shipping Methods We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery typically taking 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. The threshold for free shipping may vary, so please check our website for current promotions and offers.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our chosen carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time.

8. Local Delivery Local delivery is to the kerb of the front of a residence or commercial building only. This service does not include moving the items inside, assembly, or removal of packaging. If you would like delivery inside or installation, please contact us for a quote. We recommend having assistance available to help you move your order from the kerb to your desired location.

Commercial Free Delivery Conditions (Business-to-Business): Free delivery is provided exclusively for Business-to-Business (B2B)transactions involving commercial fit-outs. To qualify, the delivery location must be a verifiable commercial address, and the client must ensure that a forklift is present and operational on-site at the scheduled delivery time to assist with unloading. If either the B2B or forklift requirement is not met, the free delivery offer is void, and a separate freight quotation will be issued for acceptance prior to dispatch.
