Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elite Fitness! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Purchase
 Buy your items online or in-store. This policy applies to all products, including sale items, unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery & Packaging
 Upon delivery, all original packaging must be retained. This includes (but is not limited to) styrofoam, plastic coverings, cardboard boxes, and protective inserts. Original packaging is required to facilitate a return and protect the items during transit. Returns will not be accepted if any part of the original packaging has been discarded.

3. Trial Period
 Set up and use your equipment in your home or commercial facility as intended. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 90 days of the purchase date to request a return. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund, less applicable shipping costs.

4. Return Process

Once a return is approved, we will arrange collection of the equipment. All items must be repackaged securely in their original packaging prior to collection.
Please note: If your order was delivered on a pallet and the pallet was not retained, it is the customer’s responsibility to source a suitable replacement pallet. All returned items must be securely wrapped and prepared for safe transport.

5. Refunds

 Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable shipping costs.

7. Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items include, but are not limited to, fitness equipment with signs of wear and tear, personal care items, and consumable products.

8. Warranty

Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter any issues with a product covered under warranty, please contact us for assistance with the warranty claim process.

9. Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind about a purchase and wish to return it, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange under certain conditions. Please contact us for further assistance and to discuss your options.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.

Elite Fitness reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. We aim to provide exceptional customer service and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for choosing Elite Fitness for your fitness and wellness needs!
